General Procedures
For supermarkets/ central kitchens/ restaurants, wearing gloves while processing food can protect both hands from bacteria, thus enhancing food hygiene and safety while repackaging.

Procedures with raw / cooked food
Never process cooked food while wearing gloves that have been used to process raw food. Raw foods such as meats carry listeria monocytogenes and salmonella.
